Where To Stay In Sa
3rd Year of Spam from WhereToStayinSA/LeisureGroup

Traveling & Tourism

As per the heading, we are now into our 3rd year of spam from Where To Stay in Sa / Leisure Group managed and organised by Jaco Dercksen. Time & time again I have written to Jaco personally asking him to unsubscribe me from his databases, utterly to no avail. The emails still keep coming & coming & coming: "Subscribe to our accommodation website for only R700 per year (or thereabouts) and we will put you on 12 different sites." According to other reports I have read on HelloPeter, what happens is that one does subscribe & then one hears absolutely nothing further. The money just drifts off into the ether & nothing appears on their accommodation website. When clients then ask for a refund, they again hear nothing more. It is also difficult to email Jaco as his email address changes frequently. One day it is there, the next it is gone -"undeliverable" is the message one gets when one tries to contact him again. Is it not the easiest thing in the world to unsubscribe someone who asks this? No, it seems for Jaco, it is one of the hardest things ever! Jaco also owns/manages/runs a labour law company where he offers to help accommodation venues should they have labour issues - dubious!
