No Pay out

After Registering for the Sony Xperia Wow incentive program I claim the eligable handset I sold. Since pay outs are only made after threshold of R500, I expected my money to be paid once i exceeded that amount. According to the terms and conditions on the website payments are done on a daily basis. Its been more than 7days and Ive made numerous calls to them but still nothing has been done. The worst part is that they cant even provide me with a reason as to what the hold up is.

I must say this is extremely demotivating when it comes to selling their products.
