Duplicate Claims

Electronics and household app.

I am extremely upset regarding the duplicate claims that I have logged about three months ago. At this stage I am not the only one complaining about this, I sell Samsung on a weekly basis and every week I get a duplicate claim status. This is very frustrating and never gets resolved, I phone Samsung on a weekly basis and I get the same message every week "we are aware of the problem, and we are currently working on it. I mean this is a total of 7 handsets that has duplicated between S3 mini, S3 and S4 making it a total of R470 that is still not paid to me from 22/07/2013. As a Sales Representative this is extremely demotivating to sell Samsung, and it will lead to us not selling Samsung again because we encounter problems regarding our incentives unlike other manufacturers. I have tons of reference numbers 1). 1757592 2). 1883657 3). 1894634 4.) 1957099 5). 1955530 and till today I still did not hear a word or gotten any response, and it's just not me a whole lot of consultants across all service providers feels exactly the same.

Please can you guys start doing something about this a.s.a.p.

It is really becoming annoying to be told the same thing over and over, week after week.
