Xperia BAD NEWS!

I have placed a report on Hello Peter about three weeks ago concerning the pathetic quality of the Sony Xperia, specifically the screen that cracks for NO reason. Had one - copied e-mail from Rana - Saying - NOTHING!! I still cannot get any Sony agent to contact me. The Xpera is an absolute rubbish phone that can do nothing of the advertised characteristics Sony should be ashamed of putting their name to this rubbish.. I believe ALL should know that Sony is not what it used to be. Come on guys? Face up to your product?
