S4 ADH

Good day, I bought a S4 from vodacom about 2 weeks ago, i subscribed to the AHD, about 3 days i had my phone the screen got damaged, NOW they they tell me that my that the GT-I1905 is not covered, BUT i have the proof of the smses on my phoned that says that im covered!!! and knowwhere on the ADH site says that it has to be a specific S4. Can you please help me because its very frustrating. Thank you
