ADH not covering my Samsung LTE screen break

My contract got renewed on the 17 September 2013, i selected the Samsung galaxy s4 LTE from cell u city in Canal Walk, I was told that I could register my phone to be covered by the ADH cover for the s4, I then registered my phone receiving two smses which states the following: sms number 1"thank you for buying a Samsung 19505.Registration SUCCESFUL, You now have 24 month warrenty from date of purchase. Samsung cares"sms number 2"Congradulations your 19505 is now covered by Accidental Damage handling (ADH) please visit Samsung adh to view tc and cs", in the ts and cs it states nowhere that the s4 Lte is excluded from this cover, i still have the smses on my phone as well as my sent message to register, after countless fights with Samsung and constant up and down travelling only to get told it is not covered or we will find out and contact you, Nobody has bothered to contact me. I have also been to cell u city where I purchased the phone to find out what the story is and they stick to their story that the s4 Lte is indeed covered even after checking with their superiors, I have since heard of 2 other people with the same problem. I am now sitting with a cracked screen for more than a week now.
