Bought a new s4 that never worked as promised

About 4 months ago n received my new s4 via nashua mobile, if n took pictures my camera zoom, I couldn't return it because nashua did not have extra phones and none of the cheapest phones took micro sims and I need my phone to call clients, a month there after my screen was reacting funny it was slow and did not even react sometimes, and I can count on my one hand the times that I had reliable signal. now my phone is rebooting every 10 min if I turn it off to get sleep it turn on again so I must keep the battery out at night. I depend on my phone have my own business, thought I can rely on a Samsung what a joke, and how are I going to get it fixed, nashua don't have exstra phone's.
