NO TECHNICIAN IN STORE!!!???

I cannot believe that such a stunning Samsung Store in Such a stunning centre has so many goods to sell you but NOT ONE QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN IN STORE to help you???
I drove from Nigel, a 45min drive, to have my Samsung Galaxly S2 restored back to Factory Settings and NOBODY new what to do. They told me to go to GAME, also in the centre and that they had a Samsung Technician there?? I went to Game, after having a tantrum, and at Game there are no technicians... So they just got rid of me without even an offer to help or arrange my mobile to be taken to another branch - nothing!!! Why are stores so fast to sell all the new devices and equipment if the stores are incapable to solve a simple error? This incident is UNACCEPTABLE and is a bad reflection on a brand that I admired - TERRIBLE!!!
Incompetency on behalf of the company to not have adequate service available... SAD!!!
