Leaking fridge from bad to worse

Hi my name is LG Buthelezi i bought a fridge on the 21/07/2012 at Game Trade Route mall and now the fridge starts leaking water then i went back to the store to inform them then they log a call on this issue to samsumg eventually the technician came to my mothers house to service the fridge on the 10/10/2013 and today 11/10/2013 the water was all over the kitchen as this problem is no loger bad its worse can this matter be fixed or someone call me because i call the technician company and this lady was very rude with me over the the number that i called is (016) 933-1311.im really upset and dissapointed ywith samsung i want this problem to be treated as an urgent matter please. why must we spend a lot money buying samsung products and at the end of the day you end up dissapointed its like a rip off or are you running a money making skeem this is a bussiness
