My word against theirs!!

I purchased an item from them and paid directly into their Std Bank a/c and well that was that... they claim they have not received any money from me, even though I have sent them a copy of my bank statement, Std Bank says the money has gone off my a/c and they can do nothing more.
So now they have not received my money, who has? I have double checked the a/c number and it is all correct as they supplied me with it!
Basically they are saying it is my problem and have not communicated with me at all on this subject... so I guess I write off the thousands I have paid!
I will open a web site shortly which will inform all and sundry they are!!!
