Quick, Efficient & Friendly Service

I would like to acknowledge & congratulate Musical Cars, Tokai for the excellent service that they rendered to me.
I went to Musical Cars earlier this year, in about June, to sort out my CD Player / Sound.

I had driven this vehicle down from Johannesburg as I was in the process of relocating to Cape Town, permanently.

I have never used Musical Cars before and was recommended by another business. For this reason I was sceptical and cagey about it from the outset.
I was so used to poor service & non-delivery of promises by businesses in this industry, in Jhb, that I had mentally prepared myself for the worst and to hear endless excuses as to why they would be unable to help me.

I t was a straight-forward job and I brought along all of the required parts, so no problems there.
And the guys over there sorted out the issue chop-chop, in approx. 30min!

The installers knew what they were doing and were qualified & friendly. I was over-bearing, in hindsight, but they dealt with that very well and explained to me what the problem was and how I can seek a solution. Unbelievably good!

Maybe its just me - I don't know. But the service levels here in CT are fantistic.
