Samsung S4 does not work properly!

Electronics and household app.

The are two main faults with my Samsung galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) purchased from Cell C on contract:
- The phone reboots often when I open up the original camera app.
- Often I cannot make/receive calls or send/receive messages. I get an error message saying 'not registered on the network' despite there being sufficient signal. Then after a reboot (with the same signal) it proceeds to work normally.

This is unacceptable for a premium Samsung phone. It is actually quite damaging for Samsung's reputation considering how often I have to explain to people why my phone is rebooting while taking a picture or why I sometimes cannot receive calls.

Please fix, replace or refund.
