[URL Removed] - Terrible Service!!

I purchased a Polar FT7 heart rate monitor watch for my wife for Xmas 2012.
The watch was working fine but has gone faulty within 6 months - the screen is frozen showing ALL characters it can, and I have tried resetting it, but nothing helps and it is not working.
I tried emailing [Email Removed] to warantee claim, no response... so I change my 'buyers rating' on Bid or Buy, and get an almost immediate reponse... but not an email - they simply change their rating of me as a buyer... still no response to date... I have emailed them 3 times, and even forwarded the mails to [Email Removed] ... NOTHING!!

Once they have your money - they don't care - DO NOT ORDER FROM [URL Removed]
