Awaiting S4 repair for over a month!

I booked my phone in to one of Samusung's repair stores on the 5th of August 2013. When I call, consultants mention that they are waiting for Samsung to send them screens for their S4 phones. This waiting and unclear communication has been a huge inconvenience. Can someone please attend to this apparent "screen shortage"
