Worst service eve

Bought a fan from yebo electronics saturday as I make biltong machines I always buy fans from them the fan had barely worked 3 hours tried to swop or return the fan this morning. I was told it needs to be sent in to be checked explined what I use them for sales reps advised me that the fan will not work due to moist. I'm not using it to air its blowing. I get a call to say they can't refund or swop this item out. I have biltong boxes were the exact same fan is running hours on end not a problem. The service is pathetic
