Empty promises

My car broke down on thursday and we toured the car to them. They made us pay a deposit of R5000 to get the car fixed and they promised it will be fixed by wednesday the following week. This morning we called them to find out how far they are and they told us they are struglling to start the car because of the morbilizer, since we don't have any car we took a taxi there when we arrived we found a car hanging on their machine, only then they tell us that the smarks are not worki for some reason.

I just want to warn everyone in durban or close to them, don't believe anything that they tell you. Especially Sergie. There is another guy called Terrence who also promised to help us with the problem, he confirmed that Sergie is not honest and that how he iw with customers, we thought he was going to be different only to find that they are both the same because even Terrence never phoned us back.

We now have to pay more money for accomodation because we were here on holiday and we were supposed to leave on saturday but he convinced us to stay and promised the car will be fixed but it looks like we are going to be here for another week paying more money on accomodation. They are.
