Another 8 months past without Brent contacting us as promised!!! We have now spent another R4000 to fix the electrical problem - as the pump for the jacuzzi NEVER worked for more than 30min from the day it was installed. The electrician said he never saw electrical wiring done so badly. They were not able to put in a blower to make the jacuzzi work properly as this was something BRENT was suppose to do and not in their job description. I'll need to get another swimming-pool company out to get that done. I wont get started on the cracks and holes in the marblelite, that was visible from the time they were finished with the pool in 2011 and are getting worse every month since then. Also still not received 'starter pack' and final handover - 2 years later!!! I cant stress enough NOT TO USE BRENT MEYER for building your pool, you will have endless problems and empty promises!!
