My new S4's screen cracked within 3 weeks of taken delivery. I contacted TTS at 8:00 last monday morning and after explaining my dilemma Sue told me sent my phone to them and it will be sorted. I sent my courier with the phone and after a call from Sue at 12:00 my courier collected my phone with the brand new screen. Thank you Sue and thanks to Samsung for ADH.
