Lying staff at iStore

Sandton city iStore has untruthfull management. On numerous occassions after my iphone was repaired/replaced, I was told by management that they will be able to give me a black phone instead of a white one. However upon collection they made every excuse for why they could not do it. I was forced to take the white phone.
