Good day

I purchased a Blackberry 9700 Bold with order number 985, the phone was delivered on the 12/07/2013 and I started having problems with the phone as it was very slow, and had a screen problem within a week. I reported a phone faulty on the 26/7/2013 with Lesley and a collection and replacement was arranged and I was happy with that.

The phone was delivered at my work place on the 5/8/2013 and today is the third day having the phone but I'm having problems already. Firstly the phone buttons are so hard to press and I have a problem with the scroller button, the phone just stops working and I have to remove the battery before it can work again. I have removed the battery thrice already with the same problem as today is the third day using this phone.

With the above mentioned incidents I would like to let u know that I want this phone collected and I do not need any replacement phone as it is quite obvious that I will have a different problem with the other phone that will be delivered, I need to be refunded as I cannot keep on sending back phones forever. Its not even over a month but I have so much problems.
