They have ripped me off!

I was looking for repair company who could repair my Fridgidaire Fridge. I found their name on the Internet and sent them an email. They (Wayne) responded almost immediately and sent out their Technician Kevin. Kevin arrived a week later. He checked the fridge and said it was the PC Board and the jib would cost R 1872 but would have to pay a 50% deposit. I gave him R 800. Wayne phoned me the next day and said he had the part. Kevin came out and fitted the part saying we would have to run the fridge for at least 48 hours. I paid him the remaining amount. Needless to say the fridge is still not working. I reported this and Kevin came out again and then said it must be the wiring as there was evidence that rats had chewed the wiring. He arranged for a wiring loom to be ordered. I am still waiting for this to be fitted. Their 0861222429 line is no longer operating and their 0118572064 line they don't answer. They have a website [URL Removed] and two email addresses: [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. If Kevin arrives in this vehicle which is white Nissan sedan NX 29494 be careful!
