Went to ISTORE fourways mall because my battery is no longer charging the Ipad.

indian chap behind the counter asks me where did you buy this? told him FNB
He fiddles around and eventually tells me, you will need to bring me some proof of purchase

Why do I need paperwork when all that information is available on your website
He rudely asks WHICH WEBSITE? From [URL Removed] DUH The apple website genius!!!

He then confirms on the website that it was indeed under warranty and he then told me I will have to wait 21days because my charger is blown

Are you going to repair a charger? I Asked

No it has to go to our workshop and they keep it for 10 days... WHAT IS THIS???

Do I not use this product for the next month or what the deal is here??? These products costs us a lot to receive such service.. I worked for apple's main competitor and we didn't treat our customers like this, 21days for a charger replacement???

I am not a whiner but there won't be change in the world if we just keep mum

Further insult, he notes on the job card that the unit is "dirty" off course it's not brand new, its 11 months old!!! Where did they get this guy???
