Unbelievably poor service

Electronics and household app.

I received incredibly poor service from your Boksburg service centre regarding the repair of my washer/ dryer combo.

The dryer stopped working 3 weeks ago. Since then, a repair man has been out to my house a total of 6 times. The first four times they came round, they would only replace the thermostat. It did. however, finally dawn on them that the problem was more serious. They collected my machine last Friday.

Due to be delivered today, Allan phoned me this morning at 11:37am, told me that his men would leaving in 15 min to make the 5km trip to my house. I rushed home, only to wait 2 hours before they arrived. Worse, I phoned an hour into my wait and was told they were "probably stuck in traffic & driving via Alberton??? " When I questioned this, I was told I was being rude. After explaining what Allan had said, I was put through to him. He told me they would be there in 15 min.

They arrived an hour later, and told me that they had just come from their premises. No problems with traffic, they said. I was to and patronised. I would rather replace all Samsung appliances than deal with these people ever again.

They did nothing but replace the thermostat FOUR times? Really?
