I have my samsung S4 for 4 weeks and mysteriously picked up a crack on the inside from my phone. I took it in under their ADH cover. What a waste of my time and energy, a week later I am still waiting for parts from Korea where my service provider has ample stock available and if I had claimed on my personal insurance I would have a phone in a day.
So who is fooling who Samsung with this ADH policy that you do not even has efficient support for, all my previous smart phones If something happens to it either the network provider or my Insurance provides a phone within a day or two. This is pathetic, I dont even want to see a Samsung product in front of me!!!
