Never straight forward deal

We applied for a contract for an i pad 4. The deal was send trough and it was approved. When we called again head office loaded it on the wrong contract with 8ta instead of mtn. Now they had to load it on mtn again. It takes forever. We have about 20 contacts with nashua and the last few deals is never straight forward, there is always issues. A few weeks ago we ordered laptops and we waited 3weeks for the laptop. The same thing happened with my iphone. I am fed up. And will make sure we cancel all the other contracts with Nashua.
