INCORRECT INSTALLATION & THEN MIA

Cape Sat came to my house to install a dstv decoder. They installed incorrectly (cable is loose and and picture is tempramental, as well as recording issues. They promised to come back to fix it -5 times. Every time, we were left waiting. Now they dont answer their phones. Last time I called Evans (manager/owner - not sure which) he hung up on me. Worst service I have ever received - in my opinion, you are better off paying a bit extra (to get the job done properly the first time) to avoid a second rate installer such as Cape Sat Digitals.
