Continuous poor service

Ordered a new phone Craig at Clearwater mall over a week ago am still waiting for his call.. So bought A new phone on friday from the other shop and when inserted sim card phone didn't work. Took it back to store Monday and they told me they have to send it in to ensure I didn't damage it before they can replace it. This despite receipt saying 'we don't refund but will gladly replace'. We were never informed of this when we bought it. Phone handed in yesterday morning and still waiting to hear what the outcome is- when I called them they told me they are dependent on couriers getting the phone to the testing store (less than 10 km down the road). I bought this phone at great expense as my current one doesn't work. It is now 5 days since I paid for it and still don't have a working phone but am expected to run back and forth to drop it off and collect - no option ever offered for loan phone etc... Called customer service manager who was eager to assist initially and promised to get back to me yesterday... am still waiting for his feedback. Seems continuous poor service from samsung
