My LCD TV was handed in to Liptronics in Parow for the screen to be repaired. A request has been sent to a Mr Soma Reddy in Gauteng at Samsung. Apparently he has to decide on a depreciation. In the meantime, I missed Wimbledon, two weekends of rugby and two weeks of F1 mother racing... I know my TV is just out of warranty by a couple of months... I just need an answer to have it fixed. It is now more than two weeks! The call centre can only escalate the matter, without success. I would like to speak to Mr Reddy to get an answer, please
