Liptronics are blaming you for non-delivery

Electronics and household app.

Good morning Samsung,

trust you are well.

The long and short:
I took my 32 inch Samsung HD ready TV in to Liptronics for repairs late Nov 2012.
They said they it could not be fixed & offered me a "depreciation" discount (apparently after conversing with
yourselves) on a new 40 inch Series LED full HD TV.
I accepted the quote that was presented (for the new set) & paid the amount in full on the 27 Dec 2012.
To date I am still waiting for the delivery of my TV. Neels (Liptonics) tells me the delay/ non-delivery is as a result of Samsung.

I'm about 2 weeks away from taking Liptronics/ Samsung to court, so a speedy resolution would be much appreciated.
