Pathetic in all official languages

After buying the PVR decoder from Makro, we were told to purchase the voucher for installation from the Infamous Blingstallation. We have not even made contact with their offices to make a booking, when we have received an SMS from them to ensure we are home 24 April 2013 for installation, not even having the decency to phone first. Upon phoning them to advise them we are not home thet told me they only do installations until 15:00 we work during the day, until 16:00... We kept today, Saturday 4 May 2013 open after making the booking for today at 14:00. 14:30... no technician after we have received two SMS's to ensure we are home, so we phone... Oh, they have no booking made for us under this number and voucher number and time!!! What the!!! And Makro wants us to spread positive WOM??? You must be joking, the call centre agent advised us 14:35 he told us he will investigate and phone back. It is now 15:15 no return call...
