Light EXPLODED in my face - no one is responsible?

I do not suggest purchasing online from studio22 [URL Removed] Not only did I not receive the kit bag that was supposed to be included in the package I purchased from them, but one of the photography flash heads exploded in my face after only three test shots.

They refuse to pay the courier costs to return the item or take any responsibility (how is this my fault??) AND to make things worse, they are offering for me to buy a more expensive kit, which just so happens to be 10% cheaper elsewhere, yet, they refuse to change the price. So I bought a kit from them, it was defective, I HAVE TO PAY the courier costs to get it back to them, and they refuse to compensate me in any way.

Rather go to [URL Removed] or Orms or direct to the suppliers to buy stuff in the photography industry.
