Despite several attempts to correspond with your offices all of my e-mails have been ignored & remain unanswered. If I contact your on-line support centre I end up receiving generic responses that provide no usable information whatsoever. Then we get to the elephant in the room: why is Samsung SA again so far behind the rest of the world in releasing the eagerly awaited Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy Note GT-N7000? Must their customers always be left in the dark forever scouring the web to find at least some small hint of when we can expect the update? We are now five months behind the rest of the world - & for no apparent reason to boot. I'm done with Samsung. As soon as my contract expires I'm ditching the brand.
