Stay away from Autowatch

I signed up with IWyze in April 2013. I was told I needed to instal a tracker and they referred me to Autowatch.
Needless to say I have been paying them they monthly fee each month, so imagine my surprise when I called them last nite and asked to check if my tracker was operating fine, only to be told that they could not find me on the system and that I needed to contact their first this morning.

I call and they tell me that I do appear on their system and the agent tells me that he is going to make some calls and get back to me!
He still has not gotten back to me! I am basically driving around without a tracker!
This is definitely breach of contract and who knows how long I have been without a tracker for!
Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people. Whats the point of giving business to small companies if they cant do their job?!!!
