Very Bad Samsung Product

I bought 2 X Samsung LCD HD for myself and my mom at GAME STORE almost 4 years ago at R26000 for both and now both of this LCD TV's are broken with the red light blinking all the way but the tv doesnt switch on anymore. I have called Samsung customer service about three times now and I was told to move the tv to another socket and switch it off and after a day it will work. I did as requested and the tv never worked.

My mom called me and advised me that the tv I bought and brought home is no longer working. I went home to check what is happening and found out that its the same problem as mine. I called Samsung again and I was told the very same story. I knew I already that the diagnosis given before never work but I did again hoping for tv to work only to find that it will never work "changing tv to another socket". Now at home they saying I bought them a scrap tv and now living under humiliation of my sister and brother I had to buy another 74cm tv but LG.

To me this products are very bad because I can't have two LCD TV's broken with the same problem at the same age, like my i900, microwave and camcoder. The only Samsung product that still works its my washing machine, all dead
