Washing Machine Repaired at my home in minutes

I bought a Samsung Washing machine/Tumble drier combo which for an unknown reason gave an error because the heating element had a problem. I contacted Hirches who sent my details through to Samsung who phoned the next day to set up an appointment, which I made for the following day. Two Samsung technicians who were very sharp, arrived and fixed the machine in less than 5 minutes. Im assuming it was a small problem but the speedy and professional service is really appreciated.
