DSTV INSTALLER RIP OFF

He supposedly "fixed" DSTV decoder/ system, charging exhorbitant fees, removed so-called "faulty equipment", so client needed to purchase new from him, then convinced client to purchase a second hand "superior" DSTV multiple system at R4000, which he then installed and charged for.
When it stopped working, he again charged exhorbitant call out fees but did nothing, which was only realised once client got back from work and tried to watch Tv...
He, however had already made off with the money and when called to question him, the reply was he needed the money to buy nappies for his daughter and tough luck suckers!!!
Client has recently had system re-assessed due to same ongoing problems that Geoffrey supposedly "fixed" and has been informed just how badly she has been ripped off!!
He should not be allowed to continue to fleece people and tax free too!!
He is cheeky, rude and as no ethics nor morals.
