Really bad service

Electronics and household app.

I have bought a LG 47" T.V in February and about a week ago a seen a red LED on it that constantly stay on. I phoned the customer care department and they logged a call for me for a technician to come out. On Thursday 13/06/2013 he came out and had a look and agreed that the pixel is indeed dead and that they will need to replace the panel. On Friday they phoned and said that as per the booklet it is "Normal" for some thing like that to happen not only in their product but any third party product as well. I wonder what the other manufacturers will say if they see that, because Samsung did not have any problem to exchange my t.v I had when that happened. Now LG tells me they can just exchange is if there are 3 or less dead LED's on the panel. When you pay R16000 for a T.V and things like this happen you just get blown off and get told sorry sir that is how it is. If LG does not want to exchange or replace this T.V I will be taking matter the most extent that I can and publish world wide how bad they are and also the page in their booklet where they bad mouth their own product and other manufacturers.
