LG Direct Drive WD-14316RD Parts discontinued

I bought all my appliances LG with the hope that they will supply parts for many years to come, little did I know that LG discontinued part 3551ER0014B of the LG Direct Drive making my 6 year old washing machine useless and non repairable.

We phoned Galtronix a number of times for a report but they never came back.

We then phone LG directly and they never responded.

I will never recommend LG to any of my friends or family.
