Service guys!

I was so happy to finally get a S4. After a day I noticed that there was allot of distortion from the speaker (ear piece). Being in the technical industry I understand that these things do happen so I went to Samsungs repair centre (2 days after I got the phone) in 14th Ave to get it sorted. After leaving it there for a few hours I returned only to find that they could not repair it as they did not have any parts for it and wanted me to leave it there until they did get the part (receiver board)!! They did not have any loan phones so I had to take it and asked them to call me when they go t the part. A few days later I called the samsung call centre to find out what is happenening. They told me to take the phone back to where i bought it and they would swap it out. Fair enough so I went to Vodashop only to be told that I would have to leave the phone with them for 5 days as they have to first send it to their technicians to confirm the issue and then send it of to samsung for them to also verify the issue and only then will vodashop be given an order to replace the phone!!! Sheesh guys I already took it to your repair centre where they confirmed the fault!!!
