Bad service and utter disrespect

We paid the installer an additional R1950 for installation of an extra view, the TV played for few days and every time we try to call him he is sending us from pillar to post, we do not know what else to do anymore. We called multichoice an they reffered us to the same person who is refusing to assist us or is lying to us as when he willl come to assist us. IT IS TIRING .

If this is the kind of service get from Multichoice service providers or Ellies /Elsat i am sad that I chose them as my service provider. I f I knew I would never have.
