Ellies - The name you can trust! REALLY!

Purchased gate intercom system with camera, however only comes with 20m "Telkom" type cable, however, Ellies cable has 6 wires. I have tried over 2 mths to purchse additional cabling length by trying security shops and major Builders Warehouses, however, no one can assist. I then tried to contact Ellies customer care number (0861355437) in December (28/12/2012 @ 15h17, 15h19, 15h22) cut off by Ellies operator, then again in January (11/01/2013 @ 12h54, 12h58) first attempt, no answer - was cut off, second attempt was placed on hold by same person three times, as she did not want to assist, however, after the third time she reluctantly offered to assist, whereby she then said that Ellies sells the product as a set, and cannot help me with obtaining additional cabling, and there was nothing else they could do for me.
Their moto is: Ellies - The name you can trust. Well... I am disappointed, and disgusted at their lack of service regarding their call centre number, and their employee's lack of interest in assisting their "bread and butter" both in service and product. May they get what they deserve.
