DVD POOR QUALITY

Good day

I bought this Condere DVD the 11March, and returned it a few weeks later for repairs, because the sound and the screen was hopping, it is not the CD, because i tested it in another DVD and it worked.
I took it back and waiting 21 days for repairs. Only to come back still the same, they then gave me a new one which i again took back. Then they gave me the one in the store which i took back today. Now i have to wait another 21 days or pay a ectra R50 for probably another scrap DVD.
I attempted so many times with no positive result. They sell very poor quality makes and could have least give me a refund for all the running up and down for the DVD.
