TTs Electronics P.E Useless

I should have known better, just googling TTS electronics and the first 5 hits after their official website are complaints. This is why i ordered and installed the pcb for my Led monitor myself. Running a tripple screen eyefinity arrangement with 3 identical samsung products. the problem was the monitor with the new pcb was not being recognized by the computer for what it was. At this point i decided to take it back as i found out ddc/edid data had to be installed when a new pcb is installed.
I take it to TTS Electronics. Their front line staff could use some training in customer services.
I give them and the technician involved a run down on the issue on 22.05.2013. No contact from them, i had to call on every occasion for feedback. on the 25.05.2013 i went in, the technician told me he did not know how to flash the ddc/edid. I offered to do it myself if they would give me the tool, i could see the software was self explanatory. On 30.05.2013 i collected the screen, unresolved, they will contact me when they know how to do it, ya right. Plus they wanted to charge me the assessment (which i made) fee!
