Don't buy LG if you stay out of town!

My LG dishwasher is 8 months old. It is not working and giving me a te error. According to the booklet I have to phone a technician.
When I contacted LG they frankly told me that because I stay 'out of town' I NOW HAVE TO BRING THE MACHINE TO THEM!
This is ridiculous! I have to travel on my expenses (which they don't want to do) about 200 km's there and 200 km back. Leave the machine there. Then collect it after its fixed 200 km's there and 200 km;s back - all on my expense!!! AND ITS A BRAND NEW PIECE OF EQUIPMENT! They are not willing to accommodate me because I live out of town. (Although I am 60 km's from Lephalale which is the fastest growing town in SA, and no service provider!)

I will never ever buy an LG again and feel this is appalling service! And I will tell all my friends on farms to stay away from LG!
