Apple Call Centre poor service

Hi called the Apple call centre (SA) and had to wait 20minutes before someone answered my call. And i only called to ask one question to which they said they will help if i stayed on the line while they went downstairs to the technician which was 25min and when they got back they cut the call on me.
i should have stayed with NOKIA.
