Unreputable tv repair company

Walter has collected my 42"LCD tv along with a deposit on 30Jan2013, up to date he refuses to return my tv or respond to my messages.
He is listed with Assist24, which suppose to have reputable service providers.
I have also reported this matter to them and requested their assistance in retrieving my tv from this Walter.
Not sure if Walter repaired the tv and sold it but the secretary who happeneds to be his wife says she does not know anything about my tv.
