Speed services failed to deliver overnight

I sent a parcel to my son overnight and it took 2 days to get there. I filled out a complaints form and faxed it to Walter on the 18/01 - I have also phoned Walter numerous times and left messages - but he has not phoned me back. I have e mailed my complaint to speed services and faxed it to them and to kloof post office at least 10 times!
No one has even bothered to respond!
