I wonder if the CEO at Samsung exists or is he just a figment of my imagination.

Since February I have tried to resolve the matter of having my TV repaired or replaced. R 11879.64 was paid to Samsung on 9th April 2013 for a new TV. To date I am still waiting for a replacemen. I have spent countless hours on the telephone and emails to the CEO, Portia, Thembiso, numerous others call centre agents and theagent, Radio and TV, to no avail. This is my third complaint to Hello Peter.

Are we held at ransom by the large corprates who just duck and dive the issues and give no backup service?
