5 Star Promise Promotion

I purchased a 7kg front loader washing machine in Nov last year, the machine made too much noise during the spin cycle so I called to have it returned as per the 5 star promise promo. The machine was collected and I purchased the 12kg model in January which was not in stock during the promo, a lovely machine! To date I have not received my money back - R5, 000 AND I have bought a R10, 000 Samsung machine. I have sent countless emails to various people; spend over 300 minutes on the phone trying to get hold of anybody to help me but nothing happens. I have sent all my documentation, I have followed up on a regular basis, nothing happens. The online "call centre" people were very helpful but even they cannot get the correct people to action my refund. I have asked with my ref no on your Facebook page, who then replied that they have forwarded my query to the correct people but nothing there too. I am not one to complain on a public forum, but I am forced to air my grievances here as it has become ridiculous. I have showed my loyalty, Samsung, where is yours?!
