I ordered a Xbox game from the US and made the payment of R467.00. Have2Have were kind enough to inform me that the game is region bound NTSC (says Simon Swanch). I told him to cancel the order and do a reverse EFT back to my account. I received a form to fill out and Ive sent it in a few times. I also made a lot of tickets and emails but are obviously being ignored and deleted. Its almost been 2 months now and my order status reads cancelled but i have yet to receive my money. And lastly these people do not have a physical address or phone number to dial them and i cant help but feel robbed and cheated. If anyone can be so kind as to help me find these people so i can get hold of them i would really appreciate it.
